ABOUT US
Who We Are
Our journey began over two decades ago, when Maurizio Desiderati, the founder of Hyperstatic, started working as structural engineer.
He has worked in projects ranging from concept to detail design, in different countries with multinational clients.
His technical experiences include the design of a number of reinforced concrete and steel frame buildings, from residential to commercial, hotels, theatres, airports, industrial and underground structures, including temporary works, using different codes including Eurocodes, British Standards, ACI318, UBC97, ASCE 4-98 and NTC2008 (Italian code).
He is able to carry structural analysis with Finite Element Model software packages like SAP2000, ETABS, Robot Structural Analysis, Masterseries, SCIA.
He is a Chartered Member of the Institution of Structural Engineers, a member of the IStructE Applications and Professional Review Panel, IStructE Review Interviewer and Marking Examiner.
He is also a Supervising Civil Engineer (SCE) and Mentor for the Institution of Civil Engineer (ICE).
HypeStatic has been set in 2022 with the desire to redefine the standards in temporary works design.
